Rachael Lucas is an American Cheese Society CCP (Certified Cheese Professional), CCSE (Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator), Society of Wine Educators CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine), and Wine and Spirit Education Trust WSET Level 3. She is the owner and operator of Cheese Lady Loves Wine LLC.
